New players and new faces join the team at Senior B league lacrosse games

On Saturday May 10th the Six Nations Sr. B “Rivermen” introduced new players and faced off against the Ennismore James Gang Lacrosse at the Six Nations sports & culture memorial centre (1738 4th Line, Ohsweken ON) and won with a final score of 19-16 for the Rivermen.

With many players coming to Six Nations to play Division A lacrosse, many are now using the Sr. B Rivermen team to see if they have what it takes to play at high paced level of lacrosse.

CKRZ News talked to General Manager of the Rivermen Jay Smith about the factors influencing the team’s success and how the new players are contributing to the team’s wins.
